Privacy

SEEME is built to need as little from you as possible.

No account, no profile

SEEME has no sign-up, no login and no user records. We do not ask who you are and we have nothing to attach an identity to.

What happens to an image you run

An uploaded image is sent to the SEEME server, analysed, and returned with its result. It is held only for the duration of that request and is not stored on disk afterwards.

The AI interpretation layer

When an AI provider is configured, the image and the computed saliency data are sent to that provider to produce the written analysis. That provider's own terms apply to the processing it performs. If no provider is configured, SEEME runs deterministic local analysis only and nothing leaves the server.

Recent runs stay in your browser

Recent runs are written to your browser's local storage on your own device. They are never uploaded. Clearing them from the Recent runs drawer removes them, and clearing site data removes them too.

URL capture

When you analyse a URL, SEEME loads that page in a headless browser to take an above-the-fold screenshot. Requests to private, loopback and cloud-metadata addresses are rejected.
